Babylon Health provided GP appointments on demand and was at the forefront of A.I. assistance.

Role

Lead Product Designer for the doctor experience. Also working across all consumer facing products (Web, iOS and Android).

Enhancing a doctors workflow with A.I.

A big challenge for the doctor experience was to provide the best patient information and automation of admin tasks. Presenting doctors with A.I. summaries and suggestions gathered from the patient and also allowing them to feedback and improve the accuracy of the A.I. 

Designing with A.I.

A pre-consultation chatbot collects data on symptoms t predict diagnosis. If the doctor chooses to use the suggested diagnosis the A.I. is trained that the prediction was accurate.
